All registration forms will be updated when the sport season starts. The forms listed are the current registrations taking place. Please fill out the form and bring it along with a check or money order made out to "New Brunswick ACE" to 411 Joyce Kilmer Ave: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm or Saturday 11am-1pm. Park Permits Forms:
If you would like to request a picnic pavilion or athletic field, you will need to stop by our office to check availability and complete a park permit request form. Please stop by our office at 411 Joyce Kilmer Avenue in New Brunswick between 9am-4pm weekdays. Fees are applied to the use of fields and the pavilion in New Brunswick. Use of fields and the pavilion are open to New Brunswick residents and non-New Brunswick Residents. Use of fields for school purposes (field days) are only open to New Brunswick Public Schools. To obtain a permit, either visit our office, or contact Kathy Nagy at 732-745-5125. You can also download a permit under "Fees and Permits"
