All youth sports registration forms will be updated prior to the season. The forms listed are the current registrations taking place. Please fill out the form and bring it along with a check or money order made out to "New Brunswick ACE" to 411 Joyce Kilmer Ave: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm or Saturday 11am-1pm. Park Permits Forms:
If you would like to request a picnic pavilion or athletic field, you will need to stop by our office to check availability and complete a park permit request form. Please stop by our office at 411 Joyce Kilmer Avenue in New Brunswick between 9am-4pm weekdays. Fees are applied to the use of fields and the pavilion in New Brunswick. Use of fields and the pavilion are open to New Brunswick residents and non-New Brunswick Residents. Use of fields for school purposes (field days) are only open to New Brunswick Public Schools. To obtain a permit, either visit our office, or contact Kathy Nagy at 732-745-5125 ex 10. You can also download a permit under "Fees and Permits". Please fax your permit to 732-745-5092.
